New opportunity not to be missed Centrepoint, the UK's leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for Supported Housing Officer to join our Bedford Hill team based in Wandsworth.

We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently.

Together with our partners, we support thousands of homeless young people each year.

We are looking for a Supported Housing Officer to focus on young people involvement, who has the ability to support young people with casework and develop young people's life skills within a small team

  • Engaging, committed to selfdevelopment by engaging with training and continuous learning
  • Proactive, always looking for creative ways of working

What you'll be doing

  • Engaging young people in Education, Employment and Training
  • Supporting with keywork sessions, risk assessments and professional network meetings
  • Leading young people activities and young people involvement
  • Developing life skills sessions in line with contractual agreements
  • Provide Housing Management functions such as rent collection and void management
  • Adherence in service to contractual obligation

You will be working Tuesday to Saturday on a fixed rota as follows:
Week 1 Tuesday to Friday 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Week 2 Tuesday to Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
