Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for a new opportunity in a high paced environment?
If yes, read on

Butler Rose are delighted to be recruiting for a large industry leading business, that are now looking to appoint an Accounts Payable clerk You will compliment an existing team of finance professionals assisting with the day-to-day processes whilst ensuringa smooth running of the department.

Responsibilities:

Reconcile Suppliers accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Reconcile trade loan account using SAP weekly and monthly
Complete banking - download transactions from HSBC and post into SharePoint
Log invoices into the system, raise queries if necessary.
Raise payments for Suppliers, including prepayments and perform checks on all remittances raised.
Reconcile employees credit cards and log expenses into the system.
Assist with month-end closing queries upon request.
Assist in some audit requirements - if required
Correcting processing error of PO/GRPO
Logging Credit card expenses
