I am currently recruiting a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst for a well-known Leicestershire brand.

You will be joining a successful and dynamic finance team, you will be given exposure to various areas of the business, and as such, you must have provenexperience in a Commercial role and be able to demonstrate the ability to interact with Finance and non-Finance individuals alike.

Typical responsibilities of the Commercial Finance Manager will include:
Analysis and review of sales performance against target
Regional / multi-site profitability analysis against target and forecasts
Monthly reporting and delivering financial support to key stakeholders
Seasonal / monthly forecasting and budgeting
Investment appraisal analysis
Ownership of cost centres; ensuring costs are correctly appointed
Responsibility for month end procedures
Day to day supervision of a Junior Analyst
You must be Fully Qualified and driven with excellent interpersonal skills.

In interview, you will be required to discuss experience in a similar role and demonstrate confidence, ambition and the ability to engage with and influence Senior stakeholders andnon-Finance individuals across multiple sites.

You'll be providing accurate and relevant information across the business, often with short notice and so the ability to prioritise and be flexible will be key.
