We're currently seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team and help us ensure that our clients receive the highest quality services possible.
As Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating and controlling our business centre, which includes cleaning and waste delivery services across our site.
You'll work closely with the Facilities team to ensure that all services are operating according to ISS values and leadership principles.
But it's not just about keeping things running smoothly - we're looking for someone who can go above and beyond to exceed client expectations and demonstrate pride and professionalism in all aspects of customer service.
You'll need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to excel in this role and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
Key Responsibilities_**_
- Coordinate and control the business centre, including cleaning and waste delivery services
- Ensure that cleaning services are operating within the site Facilities team, meeting ISS values and leadership principles
- Demonstrate pride and professionalism in all aspects of customer service, putting the customer/client first and foremost
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels, using excellent communication skills
- Focus on achieving significant results and outcomes for the business, helping ISS maintain its leading edge status within the industry
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications_**_
- Proven work experience as a Service Coordinator or similar role
- Strong work ethic and service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Stay up to date with services, policies, and regulations
- Strong recordkeeping and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- The ability to work well under deadlines and multitask
