To work safely, produce machine components to acceptable quality standards, & in a timely manner. Have involvement in all aspects of teamwork within their designated Product cell.
Main Accountabilities:
- Work in a safe manner, produce a quality product, achieve standard times, meet on time delivery requirements, Ensure compliance with Quality and HSE procedures.
- Compile Inspection reports for finished product, maintain traceability of parts.
- Maintain traceability of parts
- Record Quality Data
- Communication with Manufacturing Lead
- Participate in cell activities.
- Maintain good housekeeping through 5S Initiative.
You are meant for this job if:
- Problem-solving
- ability to define problems,
- Product knowledge & HSES
- Good organizational skills.
- Minimum 1 Years in a Machining environment
- Essential: Secondary education
Desirable Skills:
- Fluent spoken and written English
- 4 year Industry recognised Apprenticeship
- HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
