Description

Invision Recruitment are currently working with an Award-Winning Main Contractor working across New Build, Decent Homes & Infrastructure based across North & West London.

You will be split between office (Barnet, Hertfordshire) and site reporting into a Commercial Manager with works being valued anywhere between £750K and £60K across Major Voids & Kitchen & Bathrooms in the Sheperds Bush, Ealing and Kensington Area.

Provide technical assessments, evaluations, cost analyses, and estimates for various repair areas such as general repairs, voids, disrepair, and inspections related to damp and mold.

• Conduct surveys, draft schedules, and update contract specifications as necessary to reflect changes or improvements to the existing repair services.
• Identify, report, and address potential risks associated with the repair service, which may involve reviewing Fire Risk Assessments, Lifts, LGSR's, Electrical TI's, ACM's.
