Join Our IT Team


Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with a forward-thinking company that values innovation, collaboration, and personal growth? We are now seeking to hire a dedicated and motivated individual to join our IT team.


About the role:

As an integral part of our IT team, you will be responsible for maintaining our company's IT hardware, providing Level 1 support for hardware and software issues, and collaborating with the wider IT team on networking activities and minor developments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Swift and accurate provision of equipment for new starters.
  • Level 1 support for hardware and software issues on company tools.
  • Remote support for field employees using Android tablets.
  • Building knowledge of internal networks.
  • User support for VoIP phone systems.
  • Liaising with thirdparty IT service and hardware providers.
  • Project work as required.
  • Upholding the integrity of our internal IT ticketing system.
  • Occasional travel between UK offices may be required.

Skills & Abilities Required (Essential):


  • Attention to detail.
  • Hardware and electronics knowledge.
  • Router and networking exposure.
  • Understanding of relational databases.
  • Competency with Microsoft tools.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt.
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP.

Skills & Abilities Required (Desirable):


  • Experience managing Androidbased devices.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory.

Min Education Requirement:


  • Higher education qualification in IT.
