Due to growth, NHS Professionals is looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team in the recruitment and placement of Allied Health Professional Flexible Workers to meet demand within our hospital client base.

As a Recruitment Resourcing Consultant, you will analyse demand from hospitals and work with the Allied Health Professionals and service delivery teams and team managers to operate a recruit to demand model that meets the targets to increase shift fill.

As such you will be responsible for the attraction, recruitment, administration and the subsequent placement of these applicants into the Hospital Trusts.


Key responsibilities:


  • To recruit suitable flexible workers based on Trust demand within agreed time frames and to subsequently place the admin and clerical staff recruited in their client Trusts. Showing responsibility for future demands of service delivery ensuring that the right numbers of staff with the correct skills mix are recruited and provided to our client NHS trusts.

Please note that this is a hybrid working role and you will be based in either our Hemel Hempstead or
Manchester
office 2 days a week*
To be successful in this post you will need to:
  • Have experience within a recruitment based position or a strong customer service background
  • Demonstrate effective and professional communication skills
  • Create a "right first time" culture within the team
  • Be able to use their own initiative to plan time effectively and prioritise all incoming work on a daily basis
  • Be proactive in their approach to filling clients' Allied Health Professionals requests increasing shift fill particularly by NHS Professionals flexible workers.
  • Be a very strong communicator who is able to build and manage relationships at all levels
  • Be able to work at pace without compromising on the quality of service delivered
  • Possess a strong desire to succeed
