- Advising on regulatory matters in the life sciences sector, particularly in relation to the regulation of medical devices, medicines, novel technologies and the use of AI.
- Advising on wider public law issues in the health sector, including advising both NHS and independent health organisations, and on health law more generally.
- Experience working on public inquiries (statutory or non-statutory).
- Understanding of information law, including FOIA, DPA and EIR.
- Health sector experience would be advantageous.
- Litigation including drafting and consideration of pre-action correspondence and pleadings, liaison with Court staff and preparation of trial bundles.
- Dealing with transactional work.
