Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our site. The ideal candidate will be a versatile individual capable of ensuring the smooth functioning of all facilities, equipment servicing, and providing support across various departments as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring all facilities are functioning optimally.
• Coordinate and oversee equipment servicing to maintain operational efficiency.
• Provide support to different departments such as quality assurance, dispatch, goods in, etc.
• Serve as a point of contact for any facilities-related issues and implement timely solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to schedule repairs and maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment servicing, facility maintenance, and related expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of facility systems and equipment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to maintenance.
• Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.
