East Cheshire NHS Trust has an exciting opportunity available for a suitably qualified physiotherapist to become part of our established therapy team within the community.
We welcome applications from physiotherapists with a keen interest in working within an integrated community team, with proven experience in crisis response, in patient rehabilitation beds and general community rehabilitation, along with Pulmonary Rehab.
This post is based at Congleton War Memorial Hospital.
You will be required to be flexible at times and work across sites in East Cheshire to assist colleagues from other teams.
Band 5 applicants with relevant experience are welcomed.
To act as a clinical specialist providing a high standard of comprehensive Physiotherapy assessment and treatment service to patients with diverse health needs across Congleton and it's surrounding areas within Eastern Cheshire.
To utilise sound communication via liaison and referral to other agencies as required embracing care community team philosophies.

HCPC (Health and Care Professional Council) registrationClinical educators training
Attendance at degree level post graduate courses relevant to the specialist area or working towards this or be prepared to study at this level
Communication skills training
Ability to lead junior colleagues
Post registration knowledge which is relevant to the specialist area and evidenced by CPD (Continuing Professional Development)
Awareness of the national and local priorities and changing trends in specialist area.
