Finatal is working with an incredibly sought-after investor across the real estate and private equity space looking for an experienced individual to lead portfolio analysis and monitoring for value creation.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant within real estate or an interest in the real estate space.

Reporting to the head of Fund Finance, you will be responsible for:
Running Quarterly return analysis with corresponding management reporting
Working with the Investment Teams on IFRS and Lender valuations and appraisal statistics
Coordinating between the Investment Team, Asset Management team, Operations and Finance on transactions; acquisitions, onboarding, and dispositions
Participating in asset-by-asset analysis of occupancy, rollover, returns and leverage ratios
Liaising with asset managers, property managers, portfolio accounts and administrators for the collation and analysis of asset level data
Responsible for other ad hoc portfolio-level requirements (annual budgets, ad hoc client requests etc)
You are a Qualified Accountant completed with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent certification
Minimum of 2 years post qualified experience in Real Estate gained either from Audit, Transaction Services, a Real Estate Fund or an operating partner
You are detailed oriented, analytical and have a clear understand of the commercial reality of the life of a fund
