Monday to Thursday (4 days)
Salary:
£45K pro rata
Our client is a group of private, Chartered Clinical Psychologists based in North-West London, dedicated to offering a professional yet personalised psychological therapy service, based on principles of high standards and strict confidentiality.
The key purpose of the role will be to oversee all administrative and business functions of the practice.
What you will be doing
- Recruiting, training and supervising all administrative employees including rota and annual leave management, performance review process, benefits management
- Frontline HR process, working closely with external HR Consultant to manage all aspects of employee lifecycle
- Manage payroll, payments and timesheets
- Responsibility for compliance across the Practice with all insurance policies, ICO documents
- Onboarding new associates and providing support on practice procedures
- Keeping up to date with practice quality standards and GDPR regulations, managing for the
- Submit finances yearly to accountants
- Maintaining all internal records and IT systems and addressing any complaints
- Ensure an effective excellent service is offered to patients
- Liaising with GP practises and other professionals in a highlycompetent, mature and
- Deal with all nonpayment and payment issues with patients or insurance companies, and
- Calendar and wait list management
- Overseeing daily operations including office management (fire testing, liaising with
repairing and sourcing the relevant people to come and do this
- Arranging the team meeting on a regular basis, creating the agenda, leading the meeting,
- Arranging payment for all office workers such cleaners, office management company,
- Organise the Christmas party and any other socials
- Outstanding organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise important deadlines while reacting quickly to business needs
- Being able to manage and deal with patients in a considerate and kind but clear manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in patientfacing / highend customer facing roles
- Attention to detail when multitasking
- Strong leadership and organisation skills
- Demonstratable people management skills
- A keenness to work independently but as part of a wider team
