    Business Analyst

    • Job Type: Contract
    • Location: Farringdon, London (Hybrid working model, 2-3 days in the office)
    • Daily rate : £400-£450 per day inside IR35

    Reed Professional Services, a Management Consultancy and technology services provider, is looking for a Business Analyst to support the delivery of digital solutions for a parcels transformation programme. This role is crucial in defining and delivering projects to build a parcels-led business within a large, established organisation.

    Day to Day of the Role:
    • Engage in requirements management within a Waterfall framework, ensuring deliverables pass through the gating process effectively.
    • Conduct process modelling to support project objectives.
    • Manage stakeholders by working closely with business, operational, and IT teams.
    • Gather requirements and process map in a highly governed working environment.
    • Utilise interpersonal skills to communicate, influence, collaborate, listen, and manage conflicts.
    • Manage vendors and suppliers within a multi-supplier environment.
    • Work within both Waterfall and Agile project environments, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure a unified approach to project delivery.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Strong requirements management and process modelling skills.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience as a Business Analyst in large complex organisations.
    • Proven experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.
    • Effective communication, influencing, collaboration, listening, and conflict management skills.
    • Vendor/supplier management experience in a multi-supplier environment.
    • Experience working within both Waterfall & Agile project environments.
    • A proactive approach to work and strong teamwork skills.
    Desirable:
    • Previous experience in the logistics sector.
    • Previous experience working for a consultancy.
