Your Role and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant:

• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities
• Observe and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided
• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the care team to ensure continuity of care
