- Oversee and manage 2 to 3 new traditional new build housing projects
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS certification
- First Aid certification
- NVQ Level 6 in a relevant field
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong understanding of construction processes and NHBC / LABC
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
