Description

Do you have experience of using modern BI technologies to design compelling reports and working knowledge of SAP HANA with SQL writing skills?

If so, we have a 12 month fixed term contract for a Senior Data Insight Analyst where you will be focused on providing data-driven customer insights and recommendations to the business.

As a Senior Data Analyst your focus will be on providing data-driven insights and recommendations to the business. The role will involve structuring, cleaning and analysing data using a broad range of processing and modelling techniques.
Conduct the ongoing monitoring of customer behaviour to inform the modelling of future customer behaviour.

Identify customer's segments propensity and continually refine this analysis to ensure accurate reporting whilst enabling improved customer experiences based upon their segment.

Support delivery and analysis of the Society's market and customer segmentation, translating the description of our chosen segments into actionable information and plans

To work closely with the Corporate Planning team, product and marketing teams to ensure that all quarterly plans are supported by robust customer insight.

Experience using modern BI technologies to design compelling reports
Working knowledge of SAP HANA, Advanced SQL writing, Excel skills
Experience of building advanced analytical models to predict customer behaviour
