    Do you have experience in busy hotels and hospitality venues? Are you taking pride in your work and are dedicated to a job well done? Do you genuinely care about hospitality, have an eye for what needs done and the attention to detail that makes the difference?

    If you do, then we have an excellent opportunity for you to join our developing team at the 4-star, 48-bedroom Cabarfeidh Hotel as a passionate, dedicated and hands on Housekeeping Manager to lead all things housekeeping.

    What we are looking for you:

    ·You will be very hands on, leading your team from the front by demonstrating passion, attention to detail and delivering excellence.

    ·It is your responsibility to deliver the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the accommodation, events and public areas of the hotel in particular as well as throughout the back of house in general.

    ·You will recruit, train and develop your team, you will motivate your team and correct and improve performances and standards.

    ·You will implement, monitor and develop your department's practices, policies and procedures. You will manage your department's budgets and monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels of chemicals and linen.

    ·You will work closely and in conjunction with the other departments of the hotel and you and your team will contribute to the overall development of the hotel.

    ·As Head of Department, you will be part of the management team of the hotel and will be directly involved in the day to day running of the hotel as well as shaping its strategic development.

    This is a permanent, full-time position and includes working weekends.
