The position of Senior Payroll Administrator will be based at the company's Head Corporate Office in the Badentoy Estate, Portlethen, Aberdeen.
Within the Payroll team, your role will be to support the payroll supervisor and assist in the provision of various payroll requirements. This includes working together with the other members of the Payroll Team and our HR and Finance departments to ensure a high-level service is delivered.
**Your advanced payroll knowledge, adhering to stringent deadlines, accuracy and time management are some of the main attributes you will maintain to ensure you fulfil your role successfully.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collating and entering all relevant payroll data into SAP payroll system for processing
- Ensuring time files are uploaded from our Time & Attendance system to the Payroll System
- Ensuring the Benefits and expense reports are uploaded to the Payroll System
- Running processes and reports during the monthly cycle
- Answering all payroll queries (internal and external)
- To administer foreign tax reporting.
- Month end duties include journals and 3rd party payments.
- Providing a breakdown of salary recharges for Finance teams
- Assist in the calculation of Addition Holiday Pay
- Processing offcycle payruns in relation to Restricted Stock Vestings and help in the completion of Form 4
- Assist in the completion of P11ds
- Supporting the Payroll Supervisor where applicable
EXPERIENCE
- Previous working experience in Payroll (essential)
- Previous working experience in an international organisation (desirable)
SKILLS, TRAINING AND SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE
- Computer literacy (including good command of
Microsoft Office:
Excel, Word, Outlook
- Sharepoint
- Systems including SAP Payroll, Syspro ERP and Kronos Time & Attendance
