    My client, a leading manufacturer of hearing aids is looking for someone to join their sales team covering the South West/ South Central territory due to continued growth in the business.

    The territory covers South Wales, Devon, Cornwall, Bristol, Gloucestershire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Berskshire with the majority of accounts focused in the Bristol - Oxford belt.

    Your customers will be independent audiologists, ranging from individual business owners to those with multiple clinics so being able to flex your style as well as having an understanding of and empathy for the challenges faced by the customer group is key.

    Although you will be promoting the range of hearing aids and accessories, you should also be able to add value in terms of marketing support, understanding the market and providing insights on an industry that is ever-changing and evolving technology-wise.

    This is a sales role with a mix of new business development and account management and you will enjoy working autonomously while receiving the support of an experienced team both on the road and from head office.

    This is a fantastic role if you are the sort of person who treats their territory like their own business and you will be given full product training, all the tools for doing the job and genuine scope for future progression in a business that like to develop talent.

    This would suit someone who comes from a healthcare sales background and enjoys a 'hands-on' sell as the products lend themselves to demonstrations, both with the customer and end user.

    Ideal candidate

    • Minimum 3 years in a healthcare sales role
    • Science related degree preferred
    • Able to demonstrate sales success in a territory management role
    • Happy to be in the field at least 3 days per week with further travel afield for product launches/ industry events etc
    • Must live on patch, ideally between Bristol and Oxford

    Package

    Basic salary £40-43,000 dependent on experience

    30% bonus paid quarterly

    26 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (plus the option to buy/sell more)
