You will work across the service at Charles House, Rednal, Camborne House Aston and Warwick House Acocks Green, Edgewood Road Hawksley and Bridgelands Tile Cross. Shifts include Morning, evening and night shifts.

Our Residential Children's homes sit within Birmingham Children's Trust.
We work with the most vulnerable children and their families. We receive support from our colleagues within the trust and from external agency partners.
The Trust is going from strength to strength recently inspected as GOOD. The goal is to become a center of excellence in both Social Care and family support.
Our Residential homes offer short breaks to children with disabilities and two homes for disabled children who cannot live with their families.

The Residential provision is a 24hr service, applicants for these roles will be expected to work shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
Birmingham Children's Trust are looking for enthusiastic and committed members of staff to provide support and care to young people with disabilities who are living at the home or receiving short breaks.
We are looking for people who can engage with disabled children and are passionate about getting the best outcomes for children and their families.
The Residential provision is a 24hr service, applicants for these roles will be expected to work shifts, weekends and bank holidays, you will need to be able to work at short notice to cover shifts due to gaps in covering the homes rotas or when there is a need for additional personnel, this will include day and night shifts.
For this role we are looking for someone who has relevant experience of working with children including disabled children. You will need to hold the QCF level 3 in children and young people or equivalent.You will be expected to undertake a range of training, including training in communication with non
- verbal children and some health care training. Specialist nurse trainers will enable you to be competent in this area. You will also be expected to undertake a high level of personal care.
