    Job Description

    Please be advised that this is a fixed term contract for 12 months. It is a full-time role, working 35hrs/5 days per week, Monday to Friday.

    Main Purpose of the Role

    Develop and implement communication plan with a key focus on social media, PR, campaigns and influencers

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop social media and communications plan alongside the Head of Marketing - UK
    • Execute integrated communication campaigns on major product launches, key consumer moments events and our brand icons (paid, owned, earned)
    • Develop and manage local events
    • Leverage earned media through influencers strategies
    • Manage influencer paid social
    • Develop and execute content plan
    • Develop social media guidelines
    • Help identify trends and insights and optimise plans accordingly
    • Manage owned digital assets for the Brand
    • Agency Management: Liaise and manage relations with PR agency
    • Measure and report performance of social media and campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Manage and develop Marketing Assistant - UK
    • Carry out from time to time and as directed, any other duties as required in addition to the above that will be both reasonable and within your capabilities
    • Ensure that at all times you take care of your health and safety and that of others by complying with health and safety obligations, particularly by reporting promptly any defects, risks or potential hazards

    Knowledge Required

    • Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a similar environment, ideally in communications or digital
    • Proven experience in a social media or digital marketing role
    • Strong knowledge of all digital media and social platforms
    • Good commercial knowledge and understanding

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor or Degree in Business / Commercial / Marketing (or similar)
    • Strong Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook
    • A team player with a keen eye for detail
    • Confidence in presenting
    • Ability to work independently and keep to deadlines
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • The mindset to think creatively to challenge norms
    • Robust planning and organization skills – can re-prioritise as required
    • Works with high degree of accuracy and meets deadlines
    • Strong analytical assessment and interpretation. Tracks the success of campaigns and initiatives with ability to communicate clear performance metrics

    Other Information

    Travel – the role will involve some travel within the UK and Ireland and therefore the post holder must hold a full UK valid driving licence, be prepared to travel, and where necessary stay away overnight
