R9 Recruitment is working with a market leading maintenance company who is seeking a skilled multi-trader to join their team on a long-term basis.

With skills in either carpentry/joinery, plastering, tiling, plumbing, brick laying, roofing, painting and decorating alongside other trades. This position is an ongoing contract with room to progress to supervisory level in the future.
Carry out maintenance work on new build properties alongside other skilled tradesman

• Conduct works within your skillset e.g. plastering, tiling, carpentry, plumbing etc.
• Liaise with tenants, representing the company brand
