    Job Description

    This is not a BAU role, you would be working for one of the worlds largest and fastest growing Tech business to implement service improvement, cost optimisation and increased efficiency across their IT Support teams.

    You will have a team of 30+ within IT Support, across 10+ countries.

    It would suit someone who has worked for 1,000+ employee global business, who can roll up their sleeves and initiate change.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and implement opportunities for service improvement, cost optimisation, and increased efficiency.
    • Establish and maintain robust service delivery processes aligned with best practices such as ITIL.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams to implement effective IT strategies.
    • Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancement plans.
    • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to an international team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
    • Maintain excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, serving as an EMEA IT ambassador.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in leading IT service delivery teams within complex, international organisations.
    • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in Windows and Mac environments.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight timeframes.
    • Autonomous work ethic combined with the ability to collaborate within an international team.
    • Good understanding of at least three of the following skill sets: Windows, Mac, networking, scripting/automation, A/V devices, and conference room systems.
