Our client is a three-site practice with a very family-friendly atmosphere, with the main site set in the semi-rural village near Braintree, Essex.

They are now looking for a Full Time Small Animal Registered Veterinary Nurse to join the team.
The practice is surrounded by open fields and glorious countryside.

Located just off the A120, a 15-minute car journey will take you to Stansted Airport and there are have direct train services into the City of London.

The practice facilities include digital radiography, dental, ultrasonography and investigating laparoscopy.
Supporting the Veterinary Surgeons with consultations and procedures
Managing nurse rota's
Monitor staff performance & coordinate biannual appraisals
Update all current veterinary legislation and update all H&S risk assessments

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Head Nurse or Registered Veterinary Nurse looking for a step up as they particularly encourage progression, development, and welcome new ideas / ways of working.

The client offers flexible working hours - ideally 5 days but can accommodate 4 days. The shifts will be between 8:00am-7:00pm. There will be 1:6 Saturday mornings from 8:00am-1:00pm with no out of hours.

The Vets are supported by 6 Registered Veterinary Nurses who have many years of experience and a wealth of knowledge, there are also 2 Student Veterinary Nurses, a Practice Manager, Head Receptionist and 6 Reception team members so you are never short of support Salary is up to £35k DOE and there is a relocation allowance of up to £1k if required.
