    Description

    They will work with the Communications Lead to ensure regular contact with members, manage the on-boarding and recruitment of new members, and oversee the organisation's membership management system (CRM).

    Continuously track membership engagement via agreed metrics, and analyse member engagement data, identifying behaviours and trends to help inform new engagement activities
    Ensure membership contacts are up to date, and that the CRM tracks conversations and relationships with Members
    Act as focal point for collating and filing data from members, including sourcing information, volumes, and any other membership criteria-related information
    Identify opportunities and risks related to new members by completing due diligence checks on new members
    Support the Senior Management Team, Chair, Board of Directors, and ETP staff with membership recruitment
    Support the Communications team with membership outreach and recruitment through appropriate channels
    Ensure partnership contacts are up to date, and that the CRM tracks conversations and relationships with partners
    Support the Senior Management Team to advance current partnerships and donor relationships, coordinating members requests to find opportunities to fund specific programmes
    At least two years' work experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Membership Manager, Corporate Relations Manager or relevant role or experience working in a trade association or membership organisation
    Experience delivering client-focused solutions to private sector needs, while working for a mission-based organisation
    Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
    Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
    Experience working with CRM software (e.g. sheepCRM, Salesforce,HubSpot) and Microsoft Office applications
