    Description

    We have an exceptional opportunity for a Head RVN to join the team at a growing and successful small animal practice in a sought after LONDON area

    Role:
    • excellent full time opportunity 40 hours a week over 4 or 5 days with NO WEEKENDS and NO OOH.
    • practice is purpose built with 2 large consulting rooms and a very bright reception area and well equipped with; digital x-ray, ultrasound, large endoscope, rhinoscope, multiparameter, suction, electrocautery, in house laboratory etc.
    • You will need good small animal nursing experience and be able to lead, mentor and manage a nursing team.
    • the position can be tailored to your interests as caseload provides the capacity to allow you to focus on any areas you wish or enjoy the variety of mix of everything.
    • role encompasses all aspects of general nursing and includes the support, mentoring and management of the nursing team
    • join a friendly, welcoming team of 2 Vets, 2 RVNs, 1 Administrator, 2 Receptionists and Practice Manager and visiting specialists providing orthopaedic procedures and laparoscopy services.
    • super location in the heart of a lovely neighbourhood, near a beautiful park and a short walk from the underground station (Piccadilly line) giving easy access to Central London area.
    Requirements:
    • Qualified Vet Nurse
    • Registered with RCVS
    • good communication skills
    • strong nursing experience
    • able to lead, mentor and manage nursing team
    Salary package:

    Leading salary and benefits:
    • Salary range to £45,000.00 per annum to reflect your experience
    • relocation allowance offered.
