Description
We have a part-time Customer Service Advisor position available to join our Out of Hours Customer Service Team. Your working hours will be
Saturdays 8:00am - 4:00pm (7 hours), on a
6-month contract. This will be a primarily home-based role with attendance in our Andover office as required.


When you join the team, you'll attend remote training for two to three weeks, Tuesday - Saturday on full-time hours.

This induction training programme will get you up to speed, confident and equipped to handle the role independently, alongside the guidance you'll receive from your manager and team.

Once you begin working your contracted shift pattern, overtime opportunities will become available to cover weekends, nights and bank holidays.


Working on a rota means supporting each other whilst team members are on holiday or otherwise unable to work their shifts.

This means we are looking for someone who's flexible and willing to take on some overtime, during the unsociable hours that we work as a team.
