- A background in Project Management, Operations Management, or similar roles – basically a role where you will be overseeing multiple streams of work, and ensuring that everyone on the team is up to date, and knows what their responsibilities are.
- Experience with Excel is important.
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be a benefit.
- Experience working with data teams and delivering data focused projects would be a benefit.
- Excellent organisational skills are a must, and the ability to work with at time ambiguous requirements.

Data Project Manager

Futureheads are partnering with a data business that works adjacent to the publishing industry. They have restructured their team and are looking for a Data Project Manager to lead one of their teams.
Reporting directly into the Head of Data, the role will involve overseeing and managing processes across the data team. The role will manage their database, to ensure that the entire team understands what they need to do to build relationships with external partners and ensuring that data that is collected is stored correctly.
They are accountable for ensuring that they have good quality data and building relationships with their external partners. This is a hands-on role, and will include an understanding of excel, as well as helping with processes, operations and project management.
