Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Consultant at Darwin, you will be at the forefront of talent acquisition, connecting with industry professionals and forging meaningful relationships with clients and candidates.

Source, screen, and qualify candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate leads via phone and email to expand the client base.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

Previous experience in recruitment or sales / business development, preferably within the STEM sector.
