The role
- Responsible for managing your own caseload
- Offer exceptional customer service throughout everything you do
- Process correspondence and ensure all workflow activity is completed effectively
- Provide effective internal and external communications
- Ensure claims are handled in the correct technical manner
- Deal with enquiries, understanding the customer's needs, and providing guidance that is best suited to their requirements
- Previous experience in customer service required from any sector, to include retail, hospitality or commercial industry
- Strong communicator both written and verbally
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- Work effectively and in an organised manner both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to listen to the requirements of clients and identify and match their needs
- Have a positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
- Offer a high standard of customer service
