The role

  • Responsible for managing your own caseload
  • Offer exceptional customer service throughout everything you do
  • Process correspondence and ensure all workflow activity is completed effectively
  • Provide effective internal and external communications
  • Ensure claims are handled in the correct technical manner
  • Deal with enquiries, understanding the customer's needs, and providing guidance that is best suited to their requirements
Essential criteria

  • Previous experience in customer service required from any sector, to include retail, hospitality or commercial industry
  • Strong communicator both written and verbally
  • Ability to build relationships with customers
  • Work effectively and in an organised manner both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to listen to the requirements of clients and identify and match their needs
  • Have a positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
  • Offer a high standard of customer service
