- Lead and manage electrical projects, from planning through to execution and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with NICEIC regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct inspections and tests in accordance with C&G 2391 Test & Inspection requirements.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Oversee project pricing, including estimating costs and preparing quotations.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the electrical team.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the department.
- NICEIC qualification is essential.
- Previous experience as a secondary NICEIC Qualified Supervisor is highly desirable.
- C&G 2391 Test & Inspection certification.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
- Proven ability to run and manage electrical projects effectively.
- Strong project pricing and estimation skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
