We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced XYZ Lathe Operator to join our team.

As an XYZ Lathe Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our XYZ lathe machine to produce high-quality precision parts.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
• Set up the XYZ lathe machine and select appropriate cutting tools
• Monitor machine operations to ensure that parts are produced within tolerance levels and in accordance with quality standards
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
• Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience operating an XYZ lathe machine
• Knowledge of cutting tools and machining processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate parts within tight tolerances
• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues with equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
