Contract D365 CRM Sales and Marketing Specialist - Similar titles may be Solution Architect / CRM Manager, Consultant, Lead, London 2-3 days on-site per week, Outside ir35. £500-£550pd

A great contract role working directly with the Sales, Marketing commercial teams to improve the D365 CRM / CE functions for their end to end digital B2B sales conversion process from Leads and Marketing top of funnel activities.

You will have multiple examples of supporting clients to utilise and optimise D365 Sales and Marketing CRM Platform capabilities including usage of Power BI Data and Insight throughout the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing to support the Sales team
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing to meet the business needs
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing
Train and support endusers on Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing with other systems

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing
Strong technical skills in Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing configuration and customization
Experience in creating reports and dashboards in Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing
Excellent communication skills and ability to train endusers

Contract length: 6 months

Salary:
£500.00-£550.00 per day
