We've partnered with a leading independent company known for their commitment to excellence. They're on the lookout for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team due to growth.


If you've got experience in lettings, a good grasp of the area, and a customer-focused attitude, this role is for you.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct property viewings.
  • Negotiating offers and agreements between Landlords and Tenants.
  • Management of an existing portfolio.
  • Performing checkin & checkouts.
  • Building relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • 1 year + experience Lettings
  • ARLA qualified
- desirable

  • Good knowledge of the area
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customerfocused attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
  • Committed to developing a career within the industry.

The Package
- £21,000 - £25,000 basic salary
- £26,000-£30,000 OTE
