    PFI Account Director - Healthcare

    We are currently seeking a professional confident Account Director to join our PFI Healthcare team at Alder Hay Childrens Hospital, The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient management and provision of Hard FM services at Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust.

    Tasked with supervising the operational and financial outcomes of this distinct PFI Healthcare account, supervising the daily management of the contract team on-site and serving as the key contact for operational concerns.

    Responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and guiding a team to deliver top-notch Hard FM services.

    Implementing strategies to boost business performance, recognising ways to enhance service quality, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations and benchmarks.

    What you will do:


    As the Director Manager, your primary goal is to ensure that Mitie's service delivery meets compliance standards, contractual obligations, and business-specific needs to enhance the success of the account and facility.

    This involves managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and driving growth and performance. Leading by example, the role fosters an engaged workforce through trust and effective communication. Responsibilities also include overseeing contractual governance, timely reporting, and compliance with PFI contract terms.

    What we are looking for:


    As our preferred candidate you must have experience working in the facilities management hard services sector, particularly in PFI healthcare and hospitals, you must possess essential knowledge and expertise.

    You must be able to understand and solve complex issues efficiently.

    Moreover, you must have strong communication and stakeholder management skills which make you an effective influencer in a fast-paced environment.

    You must have experience working with large budgets and managing large teams demonstrating your capabilities to handle significant responsibilities. Your goal will be to improve the contract for the financial year and be proactive to achieving success. You must have an onsite presence and must want to make a significant impact in the role.

    You must also have demonstrable experience in leading, developing and managing teams to deliver high quality services in an environment with stringent SLA's and payment mechanism.
