    We need an ambitious, self-motivated Division Sales Manager to lead a team of high performing Recruitment Consultants.

    As the Sales Recruiting Manager, you'll be taking ownership of the performance of your team as well as contributing to the growth and success of our company. You'll be reporting to the Sales Director, and be given the support you need to develop to your full potential.

    We're looking for someone who has has experience leading teams and has a successful recruitment background.

    This position can scope to Associate Director level within 12 months with endless opportunity to grow within the business.
