    Clinical Lead NurseSetting: Care HomeLocation: AbingdonHours: 40 hours per week (12 of these working alongside the nursing team)

    Salary:
    £60,000Amber Mace are working with a fantastic care provider who are currently looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join their team at a beautiful award winning care home in Abingdon. The home rated 'Outstanding' are looking for a dedicated, motivated and passionate qualified Senior Nurse/Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager/Nurse Manager to support the Home Manager in continuing to provide care of the highest standard.

    The ideal candidate for my client is someone who is passionate and dedicated to providing outstanding care, leads by example and has excellent clinical skills and experience.

    As an integral part of the management team you will work with the Home Manager ensuring the effective operation and delivery of the homes services.

    You will be dedicated in ensuring the home's fantastic reputation for providing excellent levels of care to the residents and ensuring the home continues to exceed the CQC's standards.

    As the successful Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for recruitment, inductions, staff appraisals etc and ensure the team are continually developed and trained to a high standard to ensure the best possible person centred care is delivered to the residents.

    It isn't just about skills, the home is vibrant and fun so my client are looking for someone who shares their sense of compassion, have a caring and fun nature and who wants to make a positive difference to their residents and team.


    Skills/ Qualifications required of the Clinical Lead:

    • Valid NMC PIN - essential
    • Excellent clinical skills and experience
    • Experience at a supervisory level e.g Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager
    • Ability to supervise and lead a clinical team
    • Strong CQC, Safeguarding and Quality knowledge and experience
