BRIEF EMPLOYER DESCRIPTION
Invictus Energy Group Ltd are a heating and insulation company who specialise in boiler installations via an Eco scheme.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- The role will involve dealing with new and existing customers by phone
- Booking in surveys, installs, fixes and electricians
- Liaising with lead generators and customers
- Pricing up installs from information supplied from surveyors (full training given)
- Liaising with landlords for maintenance, servicing and fixes
- Planning days for installers and surveyors
REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS

- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
