BRIEF EMPLOYER DESCRIPTION
Invictus Energy Group Ltd are a heating and insulation company who specialise in boiler installations via an Eco scheme.


MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The role will involve dealing with new and existing customers by phone
  • Booking in surveys, installs, fixes and electricians
  • Liaising with lead generators and customers
  • Pricing up installs from information supplied from surveyors (full training given)
  • Liaising with landlords for maintenance, servicing and fixes
  • Planning days for installers and surveyors

REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS
