Description

This role is permanent and will be based on site, no hybrid working can be offered as the Port Operations Supervisor will be hands-on with daily tasks.

This role is a variable shift pattern.

Some of the responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Liaising with vessel and crew to ensure the safe loading and unloading of vessels.
  • Supervise Port and subcontract agency personnel in various team sizes
  • Maintaining an organised and safe working environment
  • Ensure all plant and equipment are stored/parked securely
  • Take appropriate responsibility to ensure the health and safety of self and others
