Unipart Logistics (UL) has secured a contract to run the new, custom-built Jaguar Land Rover Global Parts Logistics Centre at Appleby Magna in Leicestershire.
It allows everyone in our team to pursue their own personal and professional goals to a world class level, through Unipart's 'From Gate to Great' training and development program.
As a Transport Reporting Analyst, you will develop, maintain, and control the data and reporting databases covering inbound and outbound shipments for Jaguar Land Rover, to and from Mercia Park.
Work in conjunction with the carrier, warehouse operations and transport teams to compile and ensure the timely and accurate suite of reports for the customer on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Manage carrier freight movements in conjunction with the contractual SLAs and accurately report on the carrier's performance against those SLAs.
Ensure compliance according to local and customs regulations/requirements.Identify and resolve any breach of export compliance and escalate where appropriate to Outbound Transport Manager.
Support inbound and outbound transportation activity on-site as required, and process shipments to ensure that the expected delivery or collection is completed as planned.
Advanced Excel ability is a must have.Good IT skills in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
Ability to adapt and react quickly to changes and requests.
