    At Hassell, we're dedicated to sustainability and regenerative design. Our designers play a pivotal role in shaping a better future for communities and our planet. As Sustainable Design Leader at Hassell, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our Sustainability Framework.

    Collaborating with the Head of Sustainability and the global Sustainability Team, you'll work both locally and globally to embed sustainable and regenerative approaches into every project, elevating our designers' capabilities and delivering impactful outcomes.

    Collaborate with project teams, providing guidance on sustainable and regenerative design principles.

    Be part of our London studio leadership team to help bring global lesson to our London studio and to elevate London exemplars globally.

    Work with our Heads of Design and our team of Sustainable Design Leaders to drive our regenerative design process both locally and globally.

    Apply your deep technical expertise globally to tackle complex design challenges.
    Work with the global Sustainability Team to design and roll out global upskilling and resource programs.
    Collaboratively develop future sustainability and regenerative design strategy from Hassell's global practice.

    Your passion for sustainability and proven ability to drive positive change in projects have led you to this role.

    Relevant qualification in Design, Engineering, Science, Environmental Management, Sustainability, or related disciplines.
    A sound understanding of sustainability and regenerative design principles across various sectors.
    Skills in systems thinking, considering broader project boundaries and stakeholder networks.
    Talent for drawing insights and innovation from research to practical projects.
    Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
