T.EN X Consulting and Products Business Line cover 4 main activities:

• Genesis Energies – a Strategic Advisory firm, wholly-owned by Technip Energies
• PMC – Project Management Consultancy
• O&M Consulting – Operations and Maintenance Consulting
• Loading Systems – a Manufacturing plant, subsidiary of Technip Energies

If you share our determination to engineer a sustainable future this could be the job for you. We are currently seeking a Marketing Operations Officer, reporting directly to the T.EN X Marketing and Communication Business Partner, based in London with frequent travel to our Paris office.

Job Purpose:

• Supports and executes T.EN X Business Line (BL) Marketing and Communications plan to enhance company visibility, offering, reputation, customer base and profitability at a company level.
• Contribute to the delivery of Business Line marketing events, content, and campaigns.

Main Accountabilities:

Under the direction of the T.EN X Consulting & Products Marketing & Communication Business Partner:

• Execute the marketing and communication action plan.
• Design and create online marketing content, including newsletters, infographics, brochures, business presentations and promotional emails.
• Collaborate with design and digital marketing teams to create case studies, white papers and marketing videos.
• Oversee marketing events organization (exhibitions, forums, conferences, webinars, etc.), including stand design, promotional collateral (posters, visuals, rollup, web banners material, promotion materials, presentations, technical papers, press releases, etc.) and associated administrative aspects.
• Bring new ideas and concepts forward to develop innovative and effective solutions to business and marketing challenges.
• Work in conjunction with various stakeholders (Business Line, Business Development, Commercial, Marketing Communications, Communications, OCs and Technical Lines teams)
• Support the organization of BL internal communications activities (webinars & seminars, teambuilding, internal news, Intranet page, and others)
• Work closely with Communications Officers to showcase BL achievements internally & externally around the world.

• Internally : T.EN X Marketing & Communication Business Partner, T. EN X Business Interface Analyst, Genesis Managing Director, Genesis Communications Officer, Corporate Marketing team, Heads of Department, Heads of Practice, Head of Market, Business Development Teams.
• Externally : Vendors, Clients, Partners.
• Relevant degree qualification (Marketing, Communication, Digital or other)
• Experience in Marketing, Communication or Digital content roles
• Digital, Creative and Design skills
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Innovative thinker and results driven
• Customer-oriented and digital enthusiast
• Out of the box thinker, proactive and creative
• Worked across multiple campaigns across a variety of industries and an international remit
• Strong digital creation software experience, ideally with Adobe Creative Suite, Kanfa, Photoshop or similar software
