Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and academic qualifications in Religious Education.
• Proven experience teaching Religious Education at the secondary level.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate students and colleagues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to professional development and staying updated with educational advancements.
• Right to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that ignite curiosity and love for learning.
• Provide leadership and support to the Religious Studies department.
• Monitor student progress and provide tailored support for academic success.
• Foster positive behaviour management techniques to create a conducive learning environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall educational experience.
