Contracts Support Administrator
Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a privately owned family business who are a national M&E provider, with an outstanding reputation for delivering excellent levels of service.
Due to contractual growth, my client is looking for a confident, driven and experienced Contracts Support Administrator to work based in their Smethwick Office.
The Contracts Support Administrator will be working within the compliance team on a new maintenance contract that the company has recently won.
The main duties of the Contracts Support Administrator Position include:
- Organising works and booking on jobs.
- Dealing with all compliance.
- General Admin Duties.
- Data Entry.
- Chasing quotes.
- Using inhouse systems.
- Supporting other members of the department.
Experience Required:
- Strong organisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Data entry experience.
- Previous experience within the Construction, FM, or M&E industry is essential.
- Good IT skills
- Microsoft word/excel/outlook.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
£24,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
