We simplify office costs by offering a single monthly fee with no upfront capital outlay, spreading the cost of fit-out, furniture, and IT over the lease term. Our clients are located across Central London.

    Role

    We are looking for a proactive, friendly colleague who can help manage the operational side of our managed office business on behalf of our clients.

    This is a full-time office based role, however the successful candidate will be required to carry out regular site meetings with clients and suppliers/contractors. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing every aspect of our clients' office costs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role will involve analytical tasks, effective communication with clients, and providing support for client services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To manage portfolio of clients and office spaces
    • Liaising with the wider team to successfully onboard new clients ahead of office moves
    • Invoice Management for all ongoing contracts and ad-hoc services
    • Liaising with landlord's, building managers and contractors on behalf of clients
    • Applying for business rates on behalf of clients
    • Managing utility contracts
    • Dealing with any day-to-day issues that may arise during client tenancy
    • Regular client office visits, ensuring client satisfaction

    Successful Candidate Experience

    • Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills
    • Experience in account management/client services
    • Experience managing client relationships
    • Experience in the office solutions industry, ideally within serviced/managed office industry.
    • Analytical skills for tracking and analysing office running costs
    • Bookkeeping experience
    • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    Salary: £35K/yr
