    Description

    Are you a welcoming and committed individual who would play the part in delivering an unrivalled customer experience? Do you excel at customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere with great communication? The ideal person will have / be: At least 1 years relevant customer facing experience gained in a premium environment (Retail, Hospitality or similar) Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with minimum grade C in Maths and English Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.

    Strong presentation skills i.e., well-presented application form. Flexible, prepared to help the rest of the team in a willing and positive manner.


    Desirable:
    Previous switchboard experience would be an advantage. 2+ years relevant customer facing experience gained in a premium environment (Retail, Hospitality or similar). Barista trained would be an advantage.
