• Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand manufacturing processes and translate them into system requirements.
• Configuration : Customize Business Central modules to optimize manufacturing workflows.
• Risk Mitigation : Identify and address project risks proactively.
• Change Management : Facilitate user adoption and smooth transitions.
• Reporting : Monitor progress and generate key performance reports.
• Budget Control : Estimate costs and manage expenses.
• Quality Assurance : Validate system outputs and maintain data integrity.
• Continuous Improvement : Recommend enhancements for better outcomes.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Minimum 5 years in project management, specifically in manufacturing and ERP implementations.
• Certifications : PMP, Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred).
• Skills : Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
