Contract:
Full time, Permanent

Hours:40hrs, Monday - Friday

This period of expansion is a very exciting time for the company and we are looking to speak to applicants interested in joining us in our production team as a Trainee Stores Person

As part of this exciting new chapter in Magnetic Shields progression, the Trainee Stores Person (Shielded Rooms) will join the existing team responsible for allocating materials, fixtures and fittings to our Shielded Rooms team.

You will also be responsible for assisting process goods-in stock, helping with stocktake duties and moving materials/product between the production halls

As our Trainee Stores Person you will be responsible for:

Responsible for managing the inbound process of goods inwards
Ensure accurate stock systems records are maintained
Assisting with annual stock take
Issuing stock internally, whilst maintaining storage disciplines, systems and records
Packing of goods for shipment to customer sites
Assisting staff with queries and questions

In order to be successful within this role you should have:

Computer literate
Capable of effectively multitasking
Team player possessing good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
Physically fit, due to the fact there is some lifting required in this role

Desirable Skills:

Strong organisation skills
Experience of working within ISO9001 quality systems/ Lean/Six Sigma working practices
