As an Associate Consultant, you will be working on a variety of projects as part of a mixed team.

You will get to see how other organisations and teams work, where they are today in terms of insights and analytics maturity and how can we help them use data – from informing their strategy through to activation.

Our role as consultants is to help our clients on this journey.
If any technical skills are required, you will be given the support and training to develop these.
Work as part of a cross-functional team to deliver projects for clients
Analyse data from a range of sources to uncover insights that answer business questions
Support internal initiatives that help develop Curve's capabilities, client portfolio, and culture
Flexibility – to excel in new environments, with new people and challenges
Bachelor's degree in relevant area and/or equivalent experience in consulting or analytics team
30 minute video interview with the People & Operations Manager or People & Operations Associate
~ 45 minute video interview with one of the Directors
